Wisconsin Retirement Subtraction

NEW WISCONSIN RETIREMENT SUBTRACTION - Do I need to designate an IRA distribution as eligible for the Retirement Income Subtraction on line 16 of Wisconsin Schedule SB? If not, how do I force ProConnect to calculate that subtraction? Thank you!
