Super slow proconnect

About 2-3 weeks ago, as of today 7/1/26 ProConnect started being really slow. I’ve been using it for 3 years and it’s been fast and great but now it is suddenly painfully slow. I have investigated all potential issues regarding cookies and my internet connection (I’ve cleared my cookies and I have gigabit fiberoptic).

There are 3 of us in the office and the slowdown began affecting all of us, yet we haven't changed anything on our end. I'm presuming it's Intuit.

Is this an issue for everyone or just me?

Hi @taxsolutions thanks for posting about the slowness in the ProConnect Tax. We tested it on our end and it doesn’t seem to have the same slowness. Have you tried using a private browsing window like Incognito? If everyone is in the same place, have you tried using the program at home to see how it works? We'd also check to see if there are any extensions installed that might be causing the issue.

Its back to going fast again. I never found out what was causing the slowdown. It might have been that everyone was streaming FIFA. Thanks for your input.
