refund for proconnect

Early January i bought proconnect by mistake. Filled all the paperwork and nothing. Even someone who worked here reached out to help. Its been way over 1 yr and i need my refund asap. Alas, I can not find my case number, but it shouldnt take 18 months as i need the money for medical services. Please help, i cant believe it has gone on this long. TY
