re; efile

hello team, any body has answer for the following error plz;

client federal return is not eligible for efile because the earned income for the EITC is calculating from undocumented sources.

its a new client and I used his 2019 earned income to get him the eic.

Yup, there have been a couple of posts about the issue.  Since the IRS isn't accepting e-filed returns until Feb 12th, there is still time to figure out what is going on.

    New thing for 2020, hasnt been updated yet, this is going to be a tax season to learn how to exercise patience.

    Fingers crossed everything will be up and running by 2/12 when IRS opens.
