QBI not calculating

Dear all,

I am preparing a return with a Schedule E single family rental.  The QBI is not calculating.  The taxpayer/activity meet the safe harbor criteria.  I can override and force the QBI in the Qual. Bus. Inc. Deduction tab, but I'd rather not...

I am new to ProConnect. What could I be doing wrong?
