Program loading problems

When I sign in to the program it doesn't load correctly most of the times. Sometimes I just get a blank screen and other times something comes up but not the actually start screen My browser is Google Crome.

Is that the problem using that browser?

Google Chrome and Firefox are both supported. You may want to try clearing your Cache and Cookies within the browser.
