2 cases open, support hours open, chat is refusing to call me back.

what's my next step?

got the same support person i worked with on the case last night, must have been my phone number that routed me.

the underlying issue of the fiscal vs calendar year on the form remains unresolved, though.

anyone aware of any overwrites or tricks to force the correct start and end date via input field? (could be a bug).
