Printing PDF

I am able to download the pdf with my 2019 taxes, I can open the pdf after it was downloaded, however I cannot get the document to print ?

You probably should check your printer configuration and driver.  If you are able to open the PDF and read the file, it should have been encoded properly.  You not being able to print is, therefore, not a problem related to PTO.
