Lock Client Upload

Hi

I wanted to make sure once client upload there tax documents , ,is there a way we can lock that uploads so client shouldn't be able to delete or take it down

please advise

You'd think this should be a no-brainer. This was brought up years ago as a suggestion but Intuit never implemented it. There's now a suggestion in Idea Exchange. Suggest you toss your coin into the pond there and make a wish:

We have not been using Intuit Link for the last few years because of its various limitations but may come back if things get better. What we did back then when we were using Intuit Link was to take a dump of each client's Intuit Link drawer in CSV after the returns had been delivered, allowing a bit of time for follow-up questions, so that we have a point-in-time capture of all the responses, conversations, and file upload.
