LA Balance sheet - RE - doesn't include forgiven PPP & EIDL grant

The LA balance sheet does not balance because Earned Surplus is understated by the amount of the PPP & EIDL grant. How do I make the adjustments?

Following this thread - I am having the same issue. 2 hours chatting with support was no help either.
