I need to delete form 4720 from a return, as the client doesn't need it. How do I delete it?

If the program produces it, then either it is needed OR if it isn't then just live with it and include. If the client is mailing, you could delete it from the pdf given to them for filing.
Check the Who Must File in the instructions.
