How to fix " An error occurred. Could not create return."
got an error saying when trying to transfer 2024 returns data
“Error occurred
An error occurred. Could not create return.”
This client has multi year and multi state of carryover, the entire reason of sticking to 1 software is that we don’t have to enter all of those again.
How do I fix it?
I tried incognito, login/log out, copying another 2024 returns and transfer it that way, nothing worked.
