How do I de activate ProConnect

Tried it out in 2019  and didn't like it. How do I deactivate? It continues to show active on my purchase history

What you have is an account but not a subscription.  ProConnect Tax doesn't charge you until and unless you print or e-file a return.

If you want it to be removed altogether from your account, try calling Intuit Support.  Not sure if that can be done though.
