Form 1120S Schedule K line 15a

I'm recreating a 2018 1120S and I need to override Form 1120S Schedule K line 15a.  Does anyone know how to do this.  Also, I would like to input Fines and Penalties so that it appears on 1120S schedule K line 16c.  Can anyone help?

15 a > I think the only way to adjust this is to look carefully at your input for depreciation. That is automatically computed from the two lives of property. 

16 c > Schedule M-1, M-3 > Schedule M-1 > Penalties (You can also find the with search box for "penalties")
