Question

File Extension CA-NR

Hello,

I am trying to file an extension for California, the return is showing a zero balance but requires payment information.  How do I get the extension e-filed without a payment?

You don't. 

CA has an automatic extension if there is no tax due. You only ask for an extension IF YOU OWE MONEY.
