The 1040 return is computing EIC for a couple who are 72 and 79. I thought if you are over 64 you are not eligible for EIC. I couldn't figure where to enter additional information to keep it from computing. Maybe the form needs to be updated. I have the most recent update installed as of today.

Look up the new rules and new criteria for EIC this year.

    I don't think we have enough counters this year.

      You are right about that.  I'm having trouble just counting the number of counters that we need.
