I already purchased 10 individual returns in Pro-Connect Tax. I thought I could use those for Business or personal efile's, but I don't see how. Is there a way to do that?

You're mistaken. The costs for individual and business returns are different.  Those credits are not interchangeable.

If you made a mistake for the number of returns you need for individual vs business returns, you might like to call Support and plead with them to make a change by paying for the difference.

You can see your rates for both types of returns under Purchase on the left panel.
