Sounds like a typical browser issue:

Make sure you use only ProConnect Tax-supported browsers (see https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/product-system-requirements/help/system-requirements-for-proconnect-tax-online/00/5612);
Clear cache and cookies;
Exit and restart browser;
Restart machine or device;
Open ProConnect Tax only in incognito mode, always;
Use another ProConnect Tax-supported browser if problem persists; and
Use another machine or device, if available.

Opening ProConnect Tax in incognito mode helps avoid most common issues.
