Attached PDF file too small

System saying attached PDF file is too small to upload.

I've heard of messages saying the pdf was too large but never too small.  I would try adding a couple of blank pages to the file to see if you can bulk it up enough to make the software happy.

What is the file? Does it really have to be attached? What resolution did you scan? (I use 150)
