Stolen IP PIN

My client recieved an IP PIN for tax year 2021 in the mail. It was tampered with and she would like  a new one issued.  IRS website discusses obtaining lost but not stolen IP PIN's.  Any suggestions on a path forward?  Looks like IP PIN site is down for maintenance right now.  Thanks!
