Intuit CE Credits Not Reported to IRS – Anyone Else?

Has anyone taken CE courses through Intuit and experienced issues with credits not being reported to the IRS?

I completed a Circular 230 Ethics course over 40 days ago and received my certificate, but the credits still do not appear in my PTIN account.

I've sent five emails to Intuit with no response. I also contacted the IRS, and they confirmed that the certificate alone is insufficient and Intuit must report the credits directly.

This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there another way to contact Intuit or get this resolved?

I am experienced the exact same thing except I did not ever get the certificate.

Everyone needs to know that Intuit’s CPE coursed are a total waste of time.

Agreed. I hope someone on their support team reviews our comments and takes steps to resolve this issue. I also believe we should report this to the IRS so they can review Intuit’s status as an approved CE provider. That’s my next step, and I encourage you to do the same.
