Form 1041 where to enter 1099-R with Federal withholding

    Line 14 of the 1041, check the box that its from a 1099R.

    Line 14 is an expense line item on Form 1041.

    Believe you are taking about line 14 on the Form 1040.

    The 1041 is for Estates and Trust.

    The withholding goes on Page 2 , Part II, Line 14
