I'm looking for a safe and reliable cloud hosting platform for my Proseries and Quickbooks.  Has anyone used ACE cloud hosting?  How secure and reliable is it?

Ace Cloud Hosting is authorized by Intuit for Quickbooks hosting but not for ProSeries: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/configure-products/what-hosting-providers-are-authorized-by-intuit/00/201385

Intuit has recently introduced its own hosting solution for ProSeries.  You may want to look into that: https://proconnect.intuit.com/proseries/hosting/

Yes, I used them for Qb. It works perfectly . We was trying to use that for Proseries 2019 tax return, but it gave us a lot of headache.  If I work on client A, and my employee will work on that client later. It will create another save, or we cannot locate that file in another desk.  We don't have time to deal with it in a short time, so we decide to use Proseries network.

    Hope it helps.

I think that's where Intuit's PS hosting solution has the advantage of.  Although authorized QB hosting providers often market hosting for PS, that's never approved or supported by Intuit.

The official PS hosting solution will be supported by Intuit and what they ask users to do is to run only PS in the cloud and not simultaneously with a local/network version to avoid conflicts like what you described.
