When opening a client on a different computer the changes are not there

We opened a client on a different computer and the changes we made were not there.  It had reverted to the original information

But there isn't a real solution discussed.  Oops, well, maybe.   Here's a cut/paste in case you aren't a LTUG member:

To Lacerte's credit, Chris Bagget from the Supportability Analyst team reached out to me to troubleshoot.  We discovered that Sync Center was active on my server workstation.  Once we deactivated it and restarted the machine, the problem went away.
