User getting this error when filing

When users are trying to submit some filings, they are getting this error.  No other user is using the file at the moment of error.

    The screen is NOT a Lacerte Screen. It appears to be some form of education evaluation. So, ASK THE INSTRUCTOR.

    Alternatively use Google to search the error.
