Try https://lfs.intuit.com/#/. Looks like final form is expected to be released on February 12th.

From what I get as information from system liaison at IRS, there are no plans to release 1040-ES at the present time.  Tells me to force clients to use Direct Pay, or EFTPS.  Yet my other software vendor Drake produces a 1040 -ES vouchers with out error message.  Multiple support calls on issues to Lacerte tell me , tell me form won’t be produced tell IRS does a release, and yet this issue blocks efile.
