I am the administrator of the product, and I am trying to download it on a computer. It states that I need administrator approval. How do I get the administrator to approve? I am the administrator

When you start the process to install, you may need to RIGHT CLICK the program and select "run as administrator".
When you start your computer, so you sign on as administrator?
