Cannot update which is stopping us from the using the program. 2019 updated but working slowly.

Press the windows key and type 2019 LACERTE WEB SETUP and do another install. You won't lose any data. That is much clear for ANY YEAR to use instead of the in program update.
If that fails: Try the new Lacerte Tool Hub https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/fix-common-problems-and-errors-with-the-l... especially the FORCE web setup
