Something strange is going on with our firm's 2019 Lacerte. We aren't able to print 2020 tax organizers and the program isn't able to locate our cover letter templates. Is there a problem with the data filepath? Please help!

Double check both your data path and your system path.

I'd be more specific but I just downloaded the update and now can't even get the program to open.
