What a disappointment Lacerte has become. After using them for 30 years I'm actually going to switch despite having to learn a new program. Yesterday the call-back wait was five hours. Today there's a 90 minute wait time with no call-back option.

The prices keep going up, the quality of the phone reps continues to degrade and it's just not worth it anymore. Whenever the opportunity presents itself I try to dissuade tax preparers from even considering Lacerte.
