I had the pleasure of having Brittney patiently work on fixing an issue where my client files would not appear. The situation was unique where I moved from an office server to a home situation. The original rep did not understand the situation, but Brittney did, and I am glad she was able to help. Even though it took a while, the solution happened and it turned out great.

Since you aren't the first to post something like this with the start of the new year, is Intuit giving you folks some freebies to post this?
I have also wondered why people are posting the positive experiences with support. Assuming good intentions, maybe these people express gratitude easily and freely in their lives? Or not!
