i am having issues downloading the lacerte prep file. An adobe read error comes up.
Anyone else having issues?

Download the prep file to x:\Lacerte\YYtax where X is the drive you are going work from (usually C) and YY is the last 2 digits of the year (current is 20). DO NOT TRY TO OPEN THE FILE ONCE IT IS DOWNLOADED. It will be used by the Lacerte program and massaged by the Lacerte program. DO NOT TRY TO OPEN OR EDIT THE FILE.
Adobe should not be involved at all.
