One of my users is receiving this error when logging into Tax19. "List index out of bounds" and "call stack empty"
Any help would be great

1 - Reboot, that often cures problems like this. If that doesn't work

Tried force install 3x. twice today.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Lacerte Shared\webdetup19.exe /force still getting errors
