Lacerte 2019 - error

I loaded 2019 lacerte - I am getting an exception EOSError in module rtl190.btl at 00052B07

It is in the Partnership tax type.  the client data is not there.  It was there but now it's gone and and I get the error.  The system then ask to send or don't send report and then kicks me out.  I am able to see the client data in all other tax types: Individual, Corp, S Corp etc.   Any Clues??

Just a follow up.  Lacerte support was able to help walk me through and fix the issue and now everything seems to be working.  Thank you to Lacerte Support!
