Label Printing does not work; Locks tax program when attempted.

Every year I seem to have trouble with label printing. Do I need to call support? I have tried former years and they do not print either.

I've tried the Tool Hub many times, updated windows, ran Dell Support Assist and reinstalled the 2021 Tax Program two times. Nothing fixes it. Quits working before you have opportunity to choose printer.
