I cannot connect to IRS E-services even with my OLD computer running Internet Exploerer.
I need to upload my updated EFIN! Been trying for 3 DAYS...GRRRRRR!

IRS says you have to use Internet Explorer.
But, lately I have had success with Chrome.
Edge works, too.
