Under Critical Diagnostic Warnings I have a Ref #6865.
It states the year of the taxpayers death must be either 2017 or 2018.
I have a client that passed in 2019 before filing her 2017 income tax return.
The executor has now asked if I can prepare and set the return for 2017 up for efile.
Can I ? Wondering if Ref #6865 truly prevents a return from being able to E-File?
