Where do I enter other states income taxes so that they show up as a credit on Georgia Form 500, page 3, line 18?

If it's for a FY GA return, the credit should be computed automatically when taxes are paid to other states. For PY GA return or for other special circumstances where only partial credit for taxes paid to other states should be allowed, you'd enter the details on Screen 52 for Georgia.
