Hosted problems

Anyone using the hosted platform that is not having problems? I'm down completely and have had problems 5 times this week alone.  Of course I can't call support because they are closed.

Intuit did not support cloud hosting by unauthorized vendors.  Good luck getting help from them.

Intuit, however, did start offering official cloud hosting solution for Lacerte this year (or late last year).  You can check out this webpage for more details: https://proconnect.intuit.com/lacerte/hosting/
