HELP!! MASSIVE STATE REJECTIONS IN PROGRAM

E-filed 7 (fiduciary, partnership) returns March 7th after working on individual with a Utah state return (my only one in fact).  All the e-filed returns came back with an error of Idaho rejection say 'duplicate EIN for Utah' but the issue is none of these returns should be rejected by Utah because there are no Utah returns in them.  

I am being told that the only choice I have now is to paper file all state returns...HELP!!  This is a massive issue and I can't get any corrections!

We got the same issue with an Idaho return.

Thank you for reminding me I had posted - ISTC actually stated that this is in fact Idaho's issue, happening over multiple software providers and they are trying to resolve it.  They asked that we try back at the end of the week.
