Failed transmission
Reject: Please update your software to the latest version
I did that and it still rejected and told me to update
Then I ran the Lacerte Tool Hub repair and it still rejected the return and told me to update my software.

1) What version are you now on?
2) Did you reboot?
3) Did you try running WebSetUp?
And, what reason is given for the rejection?
