Hi,
I'm trying to covert some files from ProSeries to Lacerte but I seem to be getting stumped at the very first hurdle!
When I go to the Import tab on Lacerte the 'Client Data Conversion' at the bottom of the tab is not available to select (the words are shown faded).
Any advice on how I can generate the option to select 'Client Data Conversion' would be much appreciated.

Thank you for stopping by the community and posting your first question. The data conversion is done through the current year tax program (Lacerte 2019). If you try to convert through any other version, the Client Data Conversion will be grayed out. Please see this knowledge base for more information about the Conversion Wizard:
