We are getting the following error message when we try to efile an individual return that has NY & NYC. There are no diagnostic errors, and this only comes up as a critical error when we try to create the efile. Anyone have an idea how to correct this?

ATEExceptionMessage: Processing efile payload request for efield ind.ny.nyc. 11247 and instance tag [None] failed. Unable to find any applicable document set in the ooEFXML output order. Document sets found and checked: [2358, 1, 10447, 99800, 401, 402, 92124, 92467, 403, 101060]

Ok I figured it out.  The NYC return is already included in the NYS efile, so once I unchecked the NYC efile, it went through.

Yes. There was no NY credit so we removed that check mark and the NYC and just left the NY State to be filed. That seemed to clear up the issue.
