Prior year tax years unavailable ? Code 403

My tax years 2021 thru 2019 (and then I gave up trying to open) are marked as Unable to verify online credentials.  Luckily 2023 and 2022 are still accessible.

Any solutions ?

    You just posted in the Software Developers' Kit section; not the Users' forum. You might want to ask this in the Lacerte user's section, not the SDK Group section. A lot of end users can't even see this part of the forum.
