Question

Why will the label printing no longer work?

I have tried printing labels in 2020, 2019 and 2018.  None will work.

Have you installed a new printer since the last time it worked?

No.  Have used the same printer last 3 years.

Possibly a windows update "fixed" things. Maybe you should run the new Lacerte Tool Hub https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/fix-common-problems-and-errors-with-the-lacerte-tools-hub/00/71892?src=lctoolhub51420
