I'm going to channel Jeff the valedictorian and guess the OP is asking where to put withholding from CA Form 592 or 593.

Screen 55.011, second one down.  CA Real Estate & Other Withholding.  

Or way down on Screen 17 for the asset sold, but I have a lot more luck using Screen 55.011.
