Wages not flowing

I have one client where the out of state wages are not flowing over to the 1040 or even the other state return. I have deleted the client and reauthorized the rep fees as a possible solution, only to have it still not work. I have other out of state clients that are working perfectly. What am I missing? Thank you

Maybe setup for Screen 1 as multi state and resident state at the top?

Thank you so much, that did it! I have been racking my brain to get it to go there for two days. They are full time residents of one state but live right by the border and work in another. I never even though of taking the full year resident checkbox off.
