Software CD

I am trying to figure out when I might receive my CD for installation.  We renewed our product back on November 16th but have not received anything about it.  Our internet is under a Mbps so we usually get the CD then get the updates online at a snail pace.

Only customer support will be able to help you with that; you'll have to make that dreaded phone call unless you can figure out some way to find out on "MyAccount".
