Scanner

Bought a new scanner.  How do I change the settings in Lacerte?  Can't seem to find the place to change the setting.  I have been waiting for an hour for a tech from Lacerte t

Lacerte? or DMS? 

You need to go to the windows device settings and delete the old one.
