What is the charge "Reconnect Penalty" $50?

It is likely a penalty for reconnecting to your favorite software. Unfortunately you will need to call Support to confirm and see if you can talk them out of it. https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/taxation/help/how-to-contact-lacerte-for-help/00/4691
